New Year Abada shuba she Galu or:
Mili Mili and wish you a blessed start to the year 2010 and we hope that you in the frosty Germany slipped're safe and sound.
well rested and raring to go we are on 3 January again been run here in the home port-Hassan.
14 days we have ever can enjoy a taste of back-packer adventure-travel-air, and so we look forward to the already huge I planned after India tours. But before we rave about our sun, palm trees, beach and sea holiday, let us first summarize the principal what happened to us since we last times the world have sent smoke signals of life from us.
So this is most serious and most important, what has changed in mid-December for us: (drum roll) ... FINALLY, we are the new hostel moved. This has indeed no one really believed but it still happen signs and wonders, even here in the land of smiles.
This move was significant Indian and explained why we are completely set up until 2 days ago and the last plastic bags are removed.
on 12/12. It was against 5 clock afternoon very spontaneous and surprising, and right now it is moving into the new hostel. The point about the whole thing is that for us packing, and moving from just 1 ½ hours were available before the Powercut would interrupt our daily hustle and bustle. Do not ask how, but we made it our first apartment together to throw together (which is definitely the right word) and the apartment shortly before 7 completely exhausted to flee. That meant no means that the "battle" move would have been beaten with it. In the hostel arrived and unloaded, we were sitting in the shambles that had over the last 3 months right versträut accumulated three times as much space in the apartment. The views in 2 days once to go away for 14 days and leave everything here in the chaos to have inspired not just us.
The next morning we went first into the crack of dawn 4 hours by jeep to Bangalore airport. Where we are and our love of flight completelly Tietz woman, full of anticipation you our show to work, were warmly received! Already on the way back we had many opportunities to reflect on our past me their time, here in Prachodana.
When we refreshed in the evening here at the new hostel met again, first we had a "speed lock" guide and then we had together many images in a presentation to which we little anecdotes of everyday life told. For dinner we were all invited to our Indian director family and the food was like the last 3 months, whatever, great. The next morning we started with super-mentor Sunny, Mrs. Tietz budget and a toy in his pocket, in the Shopping jungle Hassan to our hostel mice play and fun for the little free time remains to them to buy.
For lunch we had our very own picnic idyll conjured up: with the good races of fruits that Hassan's markets have to offer, and biscuits in the middle of the roof terrace in glorious sunshine.
As was planned, we the next day with Mrs. Tietz and should take our luggage for the subsequent Goa Christmas and New Year's Eve holiday to Mengalore Middterm to our workshop, it was our project is not of course take in the evening a small cultural "function" to organize very. We had small fights in advance about the number Unsubscribe Progammpunkte and duration of the need, as the ideas but rather diverged what it concerned. Finally, we had
enforced us, even encouraged by Mrs. Tietzes wish: it as long as necessary and as short as possible, and made it all the more likely to turn into a nice little get-together with dancing and music.
the evening we went into the supposedly best restaurant Hassan but again it would be advisable was something wholesome easier to shop as "Butter Chicken" and to especially stay away from the "butter scotch ice cream. We have both made 100% wrong. And the bill we even got in the car park end of the story was ... a nocturnal visit to the hospital, another in the morning and finding that probable food poisoning is not the best basis for reflection days are Mengalore. So off went Mrs. Tietz alone and we stayed with buckets and lot 'medicine in our beds.
Am 20.12. It was then finally for us, set sail, we go to Mengalore! The only sad was that we had missed the entire workshop. But both should have our girls and women Tietz promised to tell them in detail or to send a summary or by e-mail so that we in no way inferior to the other.
The joy of reunion was boundless!
completed the evening We are the first western act for months, we ate at Pizza Hut for dinner. It was delicious!
The night we chatted a lot and slept little, and at 6.25 clock in the morning we were 10 at the train station looking forward to our first travel adventure: Anjuna / Goa was the destination!
This leave us did very well and we enjoyed it to the fullest. Apart from the sun, beach, sea, total interest-known travel managed by familiar food at home: such as muesli or lasagna, was the nicest are in a group of like-minded people. We all did incredibly well about experiences, feelings and plans to share with people who had experienced the same or similar. The leave has welded us together as a group again very solid in one unit. Although we are all completely different, we have become such good friends that we are already certain now that this will go about our stay here in India and we have won all the long-term friendships to do so. All in all we had
in Goa a crazy good time with lots of free time, less responsibility, more freedom and no obligations.
The time flew too fast past us and it was said on 01.01.2010 goodbye to the "Red Cap Inn", the sweetest Guest House in Goa with the nicest owner and the nicest staff and our Stamm-Strandbar/-disco " Lilliput Cafe " with his mad love Bedienugen and bartenders.
counter late evening we reached Mangalore and were both already at the outward journey taken warmly received.
We had to Annie and Lucia considered at least on the way back to stay again for 2 days, but to get a glimpse of their daily lives. A lightning-project visit, so to speak. Here again we had enough time to recover from the "island" in the true and real Goa India to return. But it was our hardest goodbye to our companions to say that we will meet again only a few in Germany.
Now we are back almost 2 weeks back in Prachodana have begun mend all the clothes of the children to give individual tuition to dance in the writing and reading, and we also have now also found time to all the toys we had bought before Christmas spending and the children to transfer a bit more responsibility and finally again included with the Case Studies in our daily program schedule. Mostly we enjoy the WG-like living with the two teachers Manjula & Saritha and proximity to our children!
hounded by all the ideas, plans, and the farewell monster to us the remaining 2 ½ months are now far too short. We hope the time is on our side and time is running just a little slower than usual, despite all we are looking forward to what now is still on us. And hope very soon we will find you out of time to report the exciting stranger! Dress warm in cold Germany! Many sunny greetings, Mili & Mili
(pictures of that time were very difficult because our Internet is more than slow, unfortunately!)
