Ad Slogan For The Element Iron

Hassan Alaf!

Actually we have returned since we returned back from Goa has around the clock! So the only way time flies past us and we are totally shocked and ashamed that the last blog entry already much too long ago! We send a big "sorry" in the world. sinks
Sun and Germany during the annual carnival crowds, below our adventure, "India" every day a little further away.
Our last sign of life we had sent just before our Bangalore-city trip.
so it went, as always with too much luggage for the short time after Arsikere by bus to there can board the train, which had taken the two girls from Vikasana Tarik. For India, the arrival in the city worked well and suspected the train was by Indian standards only 1 ½ hours late.
On the heartiest received and then again firmly in Indian hands, we had a pretty violent city flash! Bangalore is huge, colorful, full, loud, to the west, the traffic is a disaster and all of a sudden are billboards, shop names and everything else in English! Large urban-youth talk mostly in English only! We village children stood wide-eyed wonder in the middle of the bustling metropolis of software! What
on our arrival even more like a spontaneous "let's see what we do with all that time" looked like it was ultimately a tight program with many cultural and interesting insights into a hitherto completely alien to us in India. .

One of the main program-point was the visit to NGO Vidyanikethan! From what we have seen it, it is an enormously organized and effective organization that does excellent work in many areas. Again, we were, just as we now could have actually experienced this time and anywhere in India, welcomed very warmly. Arranged meeting place was the "Sri Vidyanikethan School, Jaraganahalli. It is located just outside the city in the rural suburbs. This school accommodates 200 children who come to one half of slums in the local area and directly from the somewhat richer suburbs. Here have children from very poor backgrounds the chance of education.

Then we had the opportunity to attend public primary schools, which the organization supported by additional staff. Immediately we noticed a high level of what language the children already in the lowest class has. And the learning materials were unusual alternative. We really had not expected to meet in India on such modern teaching methods, especially in a state school. The next surprise was the organization's own so-called "Early Learning Center," in which children are already accustomed to playing before school starts the school day. And at the end of our visit
-day, we ate at one of the many hostels had lunch and the children made from now on after an extensive program off the ground. So we had the opportunity to dance with the children to play and get to know them well. In this hostel living daughters and sons of prostitutes, the Child Organizers have collected most of the busy roads. Now the organization strives to children between 5 and 17 years a good education to enable them to explore new professional Perpekiven.
Vidyanakethan has been working 20 years in Bangalore with the poor and they have obviously done a lot and achieved.
have course we also tasted the city life to the fullest: have eaten at McDonald's, have a good 5 months to finally eat cheese again and were shopping at length in the major malls of Bangalore. Another great experience was to roam with the young Indian woman Naya through the nightlife of Bangalore and finally again to feel free and independent.
On the last morning we crawled out of bed in the morning at the morning ceremony at a Hare Krishna temple of the great Iscon experience. It was amazing. The people celebrate in the morning a big party in the temple of dance, song and meditation. If you celebrate with everyone there tomorrow, so we are sure, you start determines much livelier and happier in the day and the work that the day will bring with it. Unfortunately, this city was
stay much too soon, leaving us arrival and departure occurred too close together. We
village children are really a small family grew together. When Goodbye Was it a feeling of "ah, now we are back in full."
We are so grateful for so many exceptionally nice girl, "you all are awsome!" So that had to be said again.!

Back in Prachodana we plunged full of energy into working with the children and the parents have started our mice to visit their villages to gain more insight into the backgrounds and relationships of the families to get. Among other things, we have established with our kiddies and rattling bracelets crafted from toilet paper roll. In the Bändendchen the children were incredibly hard at the thing and have all Prachodana staff stocked up often. To give you an idea of stock up: Peter Maffay would turn green with envy - we have friendship bands up to the elbow - BOTH SIDES!! In short: friendship bracelets were all the rage. When the rattles we had difficulties at the beginning of explanation-easy problems, and as the evening a child came to us and asked when would we finally build the radios with battery, it was clear that there's a big fat misunderstanding had arisen. But even though we finally were able to be understood, with hands and feet that it is "only" would act to rattle the demand was huge I. We have both done in small groups of about 20-25 children and how were waiting for our hop great when it came to help and end!
also donated by the PPS play materials are very well received and we have once from half past four children come home from school barely sleep because there are always children who want to borrow toys.

a while ago we started we have to worry about how well we are approaching the final Farewell to look like, who do we have to consider everything and especially with what. Before our short trip to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Hampi, we have begun to make-was also time when we almost 60 children plus teachers, cooks, plus Prachodana staff-do note with homemade friendship ribbon. Tamara and Laila were first trained on our 16-hour journey and now have probably fed up of wool? The hand-pulled, of course, back crowds of curious, and after a short time we had provided half the train with wool, provides the technology and used for our purposes,
came later, after many hours we broke for many friendship bands rich and yet very happy in this incredible landscapes and temple site at Hampi.
Our Guest House was a charming stone Idyll including roof terrace with stunning river views with the tear strength of rock.
Get out of our Chudidars, in the shower that we so needed was like the desert the rain and into Western clothes we had on the adventure, first off operations a tour of the tourist Tempelstättchen and even came in time to the rock behind the main temple of the most charming sunset to see for a long time.
On success very day we started early on the socks and we took a Rickshaw and guide to the ancient temple ruins nearby. After this day, we noticed how kullturellen had our heads "scholastic" longed to learn. It was extremely interesting nevertheless it was difficult to keep everything for us, because our culture just yet so very strange.
The next day was marked more sporty. After a hearty breakfast of cereal and fruit and Paradise 'lot' of coffee, we waved us on rented bikes and rode off on his own closer to the ruins. Besides, we also climbed the so-called monkey temple to which it just feels like a million steep steps going up, of course, by the blazing midday heat in the sauna temperatures.
the afternoon, we were not able to hang other things than our battered body in a nutshell boat and let us gently on the upstream and downstream cruise. Without regular sunburn we all are of course not deifinitiv got away but it was a rewarding day. We are very grateful that we were able to see Hampi with the two-NMCT girls, it was mad fun and not for nothing it is a world heritage site, it has really paid off and we had a great time.
Now we are back in time 5 days Prachodana and have been busy again tinkered rattles and friendship bracelets. From next week we will probably resume the visits to the villages and we will try again for the children include some highlights in the short time remaining.
We were there at fashion show, children's birthday party, children's Olympics, and possibly a "cinema-visit" meant. Hope we can find enough time for everything. Otherwise, go
's us, as always, of course, very good and we do not even think about the end of our stay.
We hope that you all are well there in the distance despite delay and listen to our stories from the colorful, dazzling strangers. We hope that we are a small piece of what we do here can transport you.
We end today all Indian: TAKE CARE
