As reported by the prestigious law firm Engelhard, Busch & Partner, Munich, was once an agent for the unreliable Icon Group company Alpina GmbH & Co. KG asset development plan 4 sentenced for violation of educational and consulting services. With Judgement of 4 October 2010 condemning the Munich District Court I is an investment advisory firm based in Gräfelfing to pay damages to an investor in connection with the recommendation of an interest in that misnamed "wealth accumulation plan" designated company.
Due to a reference in the written information that the investor had been passed, the Court considers that the impression was conveyed that the plant is safe. But this was not the case. As the actual investment risk can not be shown playing down or euphemistically, was, according to the courts for an advisory error.
The Alpina initiators Klaus-Jürgen Pitter-Kilfitt Anouschka Wittke and have been associated with the Alpina-relevant funds already convicted of illegal banking transactions to several months imprisonment.

As the law firm Engelhard, Busch & Partner has informed the meantime, the Higher Regional Court by order dated 18th February 2011, calling the investment adviser to the ruling by the district court in Munich on 4 October 2010 rejected.
